A European Union privacy watchdog could fine Facebook Inc. as much as $1.63 billion for a data breach announced Friday in which hackers compromised the accounts of more than 50 million users, if regulators find the company violated the bloc’s strict new privacy law.

Over the course of the summer, I have been researching notices pertaining to the little-known “stolen article” copyright scam that has been used to successfully remove an unknown number of unwanted URLs from the Google’s search results.
April 1982 saw the launch of Sinclair Research’s most successful micro-computer, the ZX Spectrum. The Spectrum was not the first Sinclair computer to make it big, it was however the the first to go massive.
A few weeks ago, I added one of the many scammers trying to phish people on Steam. Usually, I block them after they drop their phishing website link but this particular website was pretty innovative (at least for me) in its attempt.
